I am interested in the echoes of organic form in human constructs, whether they are psychological or physical, and the way certain shapes resonate with and interrogate consciousness on a fundamental level. In this piece, the mystical Fibonacci sequence is superimposed on a careful study of a flowering dwarf magnolia canopy, and calls to mind 'spiritual' architecture, early Modern art, and contemporary issues in representation and mediation.
